da esoccer bet： Stoke City central defender Ryan Shawcross is hoping to make a return for the first team in their difficult Premier League clash at Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
da pinup bet： The youngster has not featured since his crunching challenge left Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey with a double leg break at the end of February.
He was dismissed for his part in Ramsey’s serious injury and collected a three-match ban, but an ankle injury prolonged his absence from the starting line-up.
But he has returned to full-fitness and he wants to put the unfortunate sequence of events behind him.
Speaking to reporters, he said:“I want to get back and write some good headlines and start playing well.
“Sometimes these things are sent to test you. Obviously I have had a difficult couple of months with the injury, but hopefully I can get fit and get playing.”
Meanwhile, Shawcross has also played down Sanli Tuncay’s act of petulance after he was substituted during last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at home to Bolton.
He believes the Turkey international will not be given the cold shoulder treatment from his team-mates after storming down the tunnel.
“Tuncay is a fantastic player and he has done well since he has been here,” added Shawcross.
“Obviously I think he knows he was wrong. When you come off whether you have played well or played bad you need to support the team and I think he knows that.
“We are fully behind him and hopefully he will put in a good performance on Sunday.”
